Как сделать сообщество клиники источником записей на приём? Как правило, большинство клиник не использует новые возможности для компаний и пользуется базовым набором функций: обсуждения, фотографии и постинг. Ниже — обзор бесплатных приложений, которые сделают работу в сообществе более эффективной.

Где найти и установить приложения во ВКонтакте

Приложения сообществ — это веб-приложения, которые можно запускать со страницы сообщества. Они работают на всех платформах: полная и мобильная версии ВКонтакте, приложения Android и iOS.

Сообщество клиники может установить такие приложения, как:

  • форма для записи на приём;
  • форма заказа обратного звонка;
  • форма отзывов и отображение отзывов о клинике на «главной» сообщества;
  • рассылка акций и спецпредложений подписчикам.

Администраторы сообществ могут устанавливать приложения из каталога. Приложения доступны во вкладке «Мои приложения» в разделе «Управление сообществом» → «Приложения». В сообществе одновременно могут быть установлены только три приложения:

Раньше рассылка сообщений была под строгим запретом. Теперь ВКонтакте разрешает рассылку сообщений пользователям, которые подписались на рассылку или уже взаимодействовали в личных сообщениях с сообществом.

Как собрать базу подписчиков на рассылки?
1. Установите кнопку «написать сообществу» и постарайтесь отвечать на сообщения быстро — ВКонтакте заметит ваши старания и сделает пометку, что отвечаете вы быстро:

2. Сделайте рекламный пост с кнопкой подписки на рассылку на аудиторию своего сообщества.
Так вы быстрее наберете базу, чтобы чувствовать эффект от рассылок.

Заказать звонок

Во ВКонтакте есть приложение «Анкеты», которое можно использовать как форму для обратного звонка. Добавьте поля «Ваше имя», «Номер телефона» и переименуйте приложение для сообщества. Уведомления о новых «анкетах» приходят администраторам мгновенно в личные сообщения:

Чтобы как можно большее число зашедших в группу пользователей становились вашими подписчиками, используйте приветственный виджет. Такие виджеты можно сделать при помощи приложений:

  • Заявки
  • Анкеты
  • Виджет в сообществе
  • SpyCat

С помощью детальных настроек сообщение можно сделать персонализированным. Действие тоже может быть любое: вступить в сообщество, написать сообществу, подписаться на рассылку сообщений и тд.:

Отзывы о клинике и врачах

На первое место можно вывести социальное доказательство качества ваших медицинских услуг: для этого нужно приложение «Отзывы» С помощью приложения можно собрать и показать все отзывы о клинике и врачах. Оповещение о новом отзыве моментально приходит администратору, отвечать можно также в приложении. В приложении есть функция публикации отзыва на стене группы:

  • DIKIDI Online

После записи вашим подписчикам будут приходить автоматические напоминания о дате и времени приёма.
